About Me
I grew up in Ottawa and returned to join my father in practice in 2011. I enjoy volunteering and participating in local running races and giving lectures on foot health to the community. As a former dancer and current runner, I enjoy caring for those with sports medicine injuries related to the foot and ankle. My participation in diabetic foot research at Hines VA and Loyola Medical Center has also given me a special interest in wound care as well. Outside of practicing medicine, I enjoy hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing and running. Staying active is important to me, and I hope to keep you active and on your feet as well!

About Me
I like running (over 45 years), cross country skiing, golf, hiking and backpacking. I am active in the Ottawa area’s Labor of Love event and also with my church. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
